- If you cancel with less than 3 days notice or don't show up, you will be charged 50% of the treatment/treatments you where booked in for! 

– If you have had previous tattoo and fail to let Hannah know, you will be turned away on the day and your full deposit will be lost.

– If you fail to mention any medical history Hannah should know about before the day, your appointment will be cancelled and deposit lost.

– You may be turned away if Hannah feels you have enough filler in the area to be treated. You may send pictures before the appointment for advise.

– Under no circumstance are you entitled to a refund after having your treatment.

– Under no circumstance will a treatment or top up be free of charge.

This business enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied.

The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed.
